The Vienna Service Office offers free information and brochures on topics such as:

• Infrastructure: city maps, public transportation, architecture, cycle paths
• Cultural events: "Wien-Programm", concert halls, opera
• Museums, exhibitions and sights
• Sports and leisure: cycling, hiking, skiing, horse riding, activities for children

The Vienna Service Office provides individual assistance in matters of everyday life, such as:

• Contacts with authorities: questions regarding changing your driving licence, Austrian citizenship, immigration
• Daily life in Vienna: information on exemptions from paying TV and radio licence fees, assistance with completing forms and translating German letters and documents
• Consumer protection
