How to find the right contact address
- Traffic offences: on the back of your parking ticket (Strafmandat) or notification of offence (Anzeige) you will find a list of offences under the road traffic regulations to help you understand what type of offence you have committed.
- Parking fee offences: explanations on the front of the parking ticket or notification of offence make reference to the law governing parking fees.
- (Anonymous orders and provisional penal orders) Anonym- und Strafverfügungen: contact addresses and telephone numbers are listed in the explanations.
- Telephone numbers for complaints are found in the explanations on the back of your ticket.

Correspondence concerning disclosure of driver information, as well as objections may be submitted to the incoming office, Monday to Wednesday and Friday from 7.30 am to 3.30 pm and Thursday from 7.30 am to 5.30 pm.
The office closes at 12 noon on Good Friday, December 24 and 31.
