Gerstner K. u. K. Hofzuckerbäcker has played a part in Viennese tradition since 1847 and delights its guests with exquisite confectionery in a unique atmosphere – both at Schönbrunn Palace and at Palais Todesco. During the #wienliebe festival, guests can watch live as they prepare the famous Viennese apple strudel. They can also look forward to freshly prepared delicacies such as Gerstner Petit Fours, the Gerstner Ice-Cream World as well as coffee specialities and drinks freshly prepared in-house.
