Vienna City Welcome - Bus tour of Vienna and tour of the City Hall

The Vienna City Welcome includes a bus tour of Vienna, a tour of the City Hall and lectures about medical services in Vienna, environmental issues, internet services of the City of Vienna and the Expat Center of the Vienna Business Agency. After the lectures refreshments are served and you get the chance to meet.

We will visit the fire station in the 1^st district and learn more about how the Vienna fire brigade works.

Public transport (Wiener Linien)

Our visit to the information centre of Vienna Public Transport will familiarise us with the public transport network in Vienna. We will also learn more about the different kinds of tickets and which ones to buy for different purposes.

Ambulance services (Wiener Berufsrettung)

On this visit to the headquarters of the Vienna Ambulance Service in the 3^rd district we will see the ambulance fleet and the training facilities. We will also be given a tour of the fascinating dispatch centre, from where the routes of the ambulances are coordinated.

Medical emergencies/hospital (Sozialmedizinisches Zentrum Ost)

During our visit to the Sozialmedizinisches Zentrum in the 22^nd district we will learn more about admission and procedures in hospitals in Vienna - information that can also be useful in the event of a medical emergency.
